I created seven different compositions for each of the seven heavenly virtues to communicate what they are. This tabloid is digitally printed on 55 gsm paper stock. It is a total of 20 pages that are 11.37 by 14.96".
For this project each virtue-themed composition had specific requirements for creation:
Covers - free reign
Chastity - a collage from previously printed matter
Temperance - type-based composition
Charity - personal photography; any photo treatment
Diligence - personal photograph; duotone, monotone or selective color
Patience - scanned 3D object
Kindness - found photo with handwritten type
Humility - full spread composed image with a typographical element; all elements included in single photo

The cover is a found image that I added wings into. I wanted to show that guardian angels live among us. The pass right by you in a crown and you don't even notice.
Charity means to give. I wanted to show an elderly person giving a young child time because that is something no one can get back.
I believe temperance is the most important virtue. Temperance is important because it is self control. Self control is a balance of your needs and wants so I wanted to show a balance scale with them balanced.
This is the spread that represents humility. Showing the different classes was a way I wanted to express being humble. The king and queen are bowing down to their people.
